He has a yami as well. He wears various kinds of jewlery. Before he came to Japan to kill Yami Yugi, he lived underground with Isis, his mother, father and Rishid. When he turned 10, he got the 3 god cards ingraved on his back (ouch). The purpose of this was to tell Yugi about the god cards, but he didn't, however Yugi finds out later anyway. When Malik was still young he wanted to go see the world above but Isis wasn't so sure about, but Rishid said to go since there father was asleep. When Isis and Malik were walking around Malik spotted a motorcycle in a magazine, but he couldn't get it (he get's it later). Isis then decided that they should go back home. When they reach there home, Shadi then appears and tells then that blood must be shed in order to return, then disapears. Isis then notices that the trap has been set off. They quickly run down to find their father beating Rishid with a knife. They try to stop there father but it was no use. Malik goes Yami and takes his Rod and takes the knife out of it and kills his father. Yami Malik was going to kill Rishid too, but Rishid stops him and Malik changes back. Malik totally forgets about what happened and finds his father dead. Shadi then appears again telling then it was the will of the Pharaoh and dissapears. So now Malik wants to kill Yugi since Yugi was a reincarnation of the Pharaoh. Later Malik finds out that his yami (or eviler side that was hidden deep within) killed his father. |
