| August 26, 2002 I'M BACK!! But I wish I weren't...I wanna go back...NOW. I know you all missed me, and I'm sure that I've lost a few of my adoring fans to their local mental institution due to extreame depression because of my 2 week departure. I'll break you out tomorrow...promise. So yea! I had the greatest time imaginable! SOOOO much happened!! I'm going to attempt to share with you as many of the experiences that I can remember, or see fit to tell you. OK! So, the regatta was the day before I left! Damn did i make a killing...I won't disclose amounts, however, trust my saying that I was very pleased. So then off to Toronto iIwent the next day (which was August 8th). The flight was ok...well, except for the fact that there were 2 annoying children in front of me on the plane putting their mouths over the air vents....god that was disturbing. No smoking for like almost 5 hours...i was flipping...but i got over it when i got off, and then...was able to smoke. Mmm...i think i want one now. Back in a few! Ok, I'm back. So yea....Blaine (my cousin) and his dad picked me up and the airport. We went drinking that night with Shawn. It was fun. It was the first time I'd seen Blaine in like 6 years. And the (technically) second time I'd met Shawn. Mmm....drinking...I think I want a drink....brb... Kidding...i dont have any mix...otherwise I wouldnt be here right now...why? Cause you stink. So yea! I'm not going to go through day by day, cause I truely dont have the time nor the patients to sit here and tell you ungrateful people about 14 days of MY FUN. But, the day after, i met Sara! Blaine's girlfriend. I should have stolen her and taken her back with me. So yea....TO...here's some stuff that happened while i was there: I got drunk..on more than one occassion. It was fun. I shopped....way too much. Want to know how much i spent? Well I'm not telling you because the thought of the unholy amounts of money that i wasted is enough to make me reconsider the meaning of my life and why I'm allowed to live because I'm so STUPID. We went to this goth bar called Savage Garden - what an awesome place. I think i want to live there. Under the tables. But anyhoo, while there, we saw someone that looked incredibly alot like David Copperfield. Well, not so much looked like him, but I think stole from Dave's clothes line. And Shawn wants him. I got hit on by the gayest looking guy I've ever laid eyes on...anyone who knows where i hang out at times would know that that would have to be PRETTY damn gay. He was kinda freaky cause he kept suprising me by putting him arm around my waist... What a weirdo. Before the bar, some old man asked me if I'm persian, then asked me to go for drinks. Best pick-up line ever. I GOT MY TOUNGE PEIRCED!!! YAY!!!! Finally! That brings the hole count up to 9 now. Going for 10, then thats it. So yea...it was a funny occurance, and here it is: Me, Blaine, Sara, and Blaine's parents went down on Queen, however, we left late, and everything was closed. So, i decided, Hey...i want to get a tattoo. But, the tattoo shop was closing very soon too. So i said "Ok...peirce me!" So i went to the bank, got my money, and went back to get it done. I got it done! No...it didn't hurt. However, afterwards, i walked out of the room, and the conversation hereafter went like this: Ron: How are you? Me: Good! Ron: Does it hurt? Me: Naw, not really Ron: Do you want to sit down for a bit? Me: Yea, sitting would be good... I then proceded to pass out. Don't ask why..cause its beyond me. My only reasoning would be this: the air quality in downtown Toronto = shit. I had the same feeling a few days prior when we were there shopping. Cept i never passed out. That and I didn't eat. But anyways, doesn't matter, cause it makes a very funny story. Esepcially the waking to a big peircer dude with a pink mohawk and "Intel Inside" tattood on his neck force feeding me juice. Anyhoo, I was also in Ottawa for 4 days, which was tons-o-fun! Aside from waiting on the doorstep for 2 hours...thanx Mike! Way to forget stuff! I stayed with my friends Josh and Mike while i was there. Me, Keith, and Mike went to Kareoke one night...lol Keith sang Britney Spears industrail style...lol good times. Other than that, and my adventures in the mall with Holk, I basically just "chilled" the whole time i was in the Capitol. The adventures at the mall...hehe...me and Holk met at the mall, which was awesome, since I haven't seen the god damn tool in years cause he up and moved. So we went to Zellers. We played with toys, ok, I played with toys. And we had a sword fight. Ok, i had a sword fight. And I kissed a garden frog...then it made noises. And i tried to use a bike tire and a hulahoop. Then it got stuck. And in the midst of this, an employee walked into the eilse. He got quite a laugh out of that... Dammit there are so many things that happened in TO and Ottawa that I want to write here!! But if i do that, I'll end up writting a book. So, I'll make note of some of the best stuff that you'd want to hear about. - Keith rode in a pink elephant (I'll have pictures later...dont worry!) - I dont think Shawn will ever go to any store with me ever again because of my "odd" shopping habits...however i did find the most kick ass sunglasses in the world! But Shawn didn't think they looked good. So i settled for the second best. - I got to go to the Occult Shop, and the Wicca Shop!! - Me and Holk got our pics done in the photo booth. One of them looks like we're humping. lol I'll scan it later. - Keith and I watched the 2 worst movies in the world. Killer Shrews, and Killer Condoms...need I say more. - I saw I pylon in a tree. I can die a happy happy woman. - I avenged my shattered childhood by chasing peacocks at the zoo. - Mike and I almost got shot and killed cause he never let someone cross the road. - Me and Sara should never be allowed in a kitchen together...especially to make iced tea. - The guy who checked my bags at the airport in ottawa thought i was in a band...lol i didn't correct him. So thats it for now!! I'll have pictures up as soon as possible...however there's not many, cause i kept forgetting to take them. But there's lots of the zoo!!! There's no actual site updates right now, but there will be when i get the pictures scanned and stuff. Until next time, I'm still searching... |
