As she was roused by her older brother to the sounds of fire and sword, Alyssia already had her hand on the axe beside her bed. Always cool and calm, she often charged into fights with reckless abandon; much to the dismay of her instructors. The Charr had taken her home and killed her family... and they would pay!

While weaponskills were important to the women of the Drakonuz family, Alyssia demonstrated a suprising affinity for weapons. By age 10, she had out-skilled all of the local weaponsmasters and would routinely defeat two or more as practice. In the middle of battle she would often fly into a bloodthirsty rage as the world flew by and time slowed to a crawl.

One bright afternoon as she engaged her trainers in a friendly bout, the earth trembled and shook with such might it tore the footing from all of the combatants. Awestruck by the power of the earth during that earthquake, Alyssia took great interest in learning the powers of earth. She sought a wise elder in the nearest town who knew much of the elemental earth.

With these powers she seeks to avenge the deaths of her family
