Tis on this Parchment that we write the Black Buccaneers Constitution for all Future and Present members to abide by now and forever. In blood we write.

Here by create the constitution of the Black Buccaneers, to be followed by every Black Buccaneer in our Community has the right to leave when he pleases. He is free to do what he pleases, within the rules of this Constitutin.
Amendment 1
One who wishes to join the Black Buccaneers (from this point called the Community) must keep in mind that everyone outside of the Community and its Allies is a potential enemy, decided by the Commodore. If ever someone turns to the Community, all members must stop BFP related contact with that person.
Amendment 2
The Recruits will be discussed and voted on by the Officers. Each month the veteran members will discuss with the Officers about new members.
Amendment 3
The Commodore cannot be overthrown. One, who wishes not to sail under the Commodores flag, will have to leave to accomplish that. Any mutineers will be over thrown out of the community and feed to the sharks. May God show his mercy upon em.
Amendment 4
Every Captain or First Mate (from this point called Senior Officers) cane be reduced in rank by the Commodore, but before this can be done, a vote of other Senior Officers must conclude an agreement in this.
Amendment 5
Every Officer can be reduced in rank by a vote of the Senior Officers.
Amendment 6
The Commodore chooses his replacement, no argue can be put against this.
Amendment 7
All mates in the Community must vow a loyalty to Commodore and Crew. He must stay true to the vow at all times.
