However, posting messages is a handy means of mass communication. This will let other members know you and respond to you, either on the mailing list or by personal email.

As a bkkrider, you are under no obligation or commitment, but under certain expectations. That is, to help each other.

About the Club

bkkrider (n, pl. bkkriders)
1. A person who rides a motorcycle in Bangkok.
2. A member of the Bangkok Riders Club.
3. (pl. collective) the Bangkok Riders Club.

Bangkok Riders Club is a loosely-structured community for motorcyclists in Thailand. It is intended for motorcycles of all makes, regardless of size or style.

The concept of the Club is to exchange and accumulate various motorcycle-related information in Thailand and provide it for public reference. It also aims to fascilitate communication among riders.

There is no strict membership. If you think you are a bkkrider, the chances are that you are already a member of this club. However, for administrative reasons, all bkkriders are encouraged to subscribe to its official mailing list.

Bangkok Riders Club is an independent, non-profit, self-help group.

TODAY MEMBERSHIP IS FREE!

At the moment, our mailing list is located at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bkkriders/.

There are two styles of subscription:
1. Join the group with a Yahoo account
2. Join the mailing list without a Yahoo account

#1 offers you some extra features (access to chat, poll, files and photo sections, message delivery option of individual emails, daily digest or no email). If you don't have a Yahoo account, nor a particular wish to see how it works, #2 is good enough.

Administration

In order to fascilitate the Club functions, there are some administrative members. All bkkriders are welcome to join the administration with creativity, leadership and servility.
