My name is Jerome Bjorn O. Dizon,
I am a 15 year old teen studying curently at the Philippines Emirates Private
School. My hobbiews cubing (solving rubik's cubes), fingerboarding, wacthing
youtube and on the fun occasions, I would text my friends and we be cruising
around the streets and explore new spots.
My planned job would be to be an Architect or work as an manager or
co manager of a shop. My dream job would be to have fun doing my hobbies
and getting paid to do so.

Junkbot is a box of essential robots components that you can attach to other materials and build a robot. You can use a Kellogg cereal box as your robot trunc or plastic bottles, CD’s, plastic objects and design your own robot following our children-friendly instructions manual. The toys market lacks educational tools that are tailored to young children and fun. Junkbot aims to combine learning and fun and promote this combination in children’s early education. Junkbot are suitable for parents-children play and school science projects. Today many students feel that learning science and mathematics is boring, but mostly because of the lack or limit of tools available to them. I had an epiphany moment when I interacted with the first children who tried our junk robots. I saw excitement and curiosity to learning and building from scratch. We received feedback from parents and teachers that our junkbots would be excellent tools to promote science learning in the children’s households and in the classroom.

Junkbot core is a microcontroller board based on Arduino NANO. It has digital and analgue 1/0 pins, in addition to built-in bluetooth and wifi modules

Ultrasonic sensor is an electronic device used as the robots "eyes"; they detect objects or obstacles using sound waves

Infrared sensor, senses surroundings by entering and/or detecting infrared radiation

Passive infrared sensor; detects human movement within its range using infrared raduiations

Direct Current Motor; converts electrical energy to motion power that rotate wheels

Connected to the DC motor to generate movement
11.CASTOR WHEEL
Specialised wheels that allow the robot to balance itself

The servomotors are electrical devices that are used to push or rotate ojects at specific anglers with precision and accuracy
