There is the possiblity that she's a siren. Clothing: A tight fitting leotard-ish thing that reveals the stomach that is held up with four straps covered by a pink shawl/sweater thingy over her shoulders and another one of them on her hips, two red armbands, a pink bandana over her head, and a bowtie. Accessories: light blue/green lipstick, a microphone, and the Dark Tournament Rule Book. Attributes: Finlike Ears, wimpy attitude **in my opinion anyways**, memorization of the Dark Tournament Rule Book and a mermaid like tail that can act as a book stand. After Koto got moved to an announcer box in the stands, Juri got promoted from being a cocktail waitress to referree.
