Terms And Conditions of Membership
Upon approval, your membership will be
honored by this website for the maximum period of one month. You will be billed
for continuing months automatically. The rate for Months 1 and 2 is $19.95 per month.
Month 3 is $9.95 per month, and for Month 4 and every month following you will be
charged only $4.95 per month. The holder of
a barebackjack.com annual membership will have
unlimited access to all areas of the website during the time that
membership is active. Trial Members have access to view all areas of the site for a
period of two weeks, but will not be able to use some interactive
features, including the posting of ads.
Barebackjack.com, its host, server, and Credit
Authorization service reserve the right to refuse authorization to, and/or
revoke membership from anyone at our discretion and without notice.
Reasons include but will not be limited to: sharing, reselling, or otherwise
distributing passwords, improper conduct while
visiting this website, harassment, flaming, slander, hacking, spamming,
harvesting mailing lists, distribution of computer viruses, improper
posting of photographs or materials owned by others, attempts to traffic
controlled substances, attempts to solicit sex in exchange for payment,
attempts to solicit for sex with minors and attempts to perform any other
acts considered illegal within the United States of America and its
territories, and/or the internet community at large. Any revocation of
membership by the webmaster, host, or CC-Bill.com will prohibit a refund of
the membership fee, either in full or pro-rata.
Only one password
can be issued per account. Passwords are not allowed to be transferred,
lent to, or used in any manner by anyone other than the person to whom the
password is issued. Passwords may not be issued nor given to minors, by either this
website and its associates or any member of this site. In the event any such misuse
occurs, the account will be terminated and the user(s) permanently banned
from membership to this site.
Credit card fraud is a felony and any
and all instances of credit card misuse or fraud will be reported by I-Bill.net to
credit reporting agencies and the proper authorities, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the
law.
Barebackjack.com assumes no liability
for technical problems due to server overloading, access problems due to
CC-Bill.com errors, and general errors not within our control. Billing
disputes will be handled solely through CC-Bill.com.
By submitting your
payment information to CC-Bill.com in exchange for a barebackjack.com
membership, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

By submitting your credit card information, you will
be billed $2.95 for a 3-DAY Trial Membership or $19.95 for your first month of
membership on barebackjack.com (the monthly membership decreases incrementally
over time to as low as $4.95 per month). The system will assign you
an ID and password. WRITE THEM DOWN so you will not forget them.
Charges will be billed to your account and will appear as
"CC-Bill".
It is also recommended you print out
the following confirmation page as your receipt.
