To play as this character, you must first get all 30 tapes in career mode with any one character. After doing so, Officer Dick will be selectable.

Unlock Everything

1. Pause the game and hold L1
2. Holding L1, press Circle, Right, Up, Down, Circle, Right, Up, Square, Triangle.
3. Remember it by CRUDCRUST.

Unlock All Levels

1. Pause the game and hold L1
2. holding L1, press Triangle, Right, Up, Square, Triangle, Left, Up, Square, Triangle.
3. Remember it by TRUSTLUST.

Unlock All Levels

1. Pause the game and hold L1
2. Holding L1, press Triangle, Right, Up, Square, Triangle, Left, Up, Square, Triangle.

Skip to Restart

1. Pause the game and hold L1
2. Holding L1, Press Square, Circle, X, Up, Down
3. This code will allow you to start from different sections of each stage.

Special Meter Always Full

1. Pause the game and hold L1
2. Holding L1, press X, Triangle, Circle, Down, Up, Right.
3. This code does exactly what it says. duh?!?

Slow Motion Mode

1. Pause the game and hold L1
2. Holding L1, Press Square, Left, Up, Square Left
3. Full speed on ground, Slo-mo while doing tricks.

Stats at 10

1. Pause the game and hold L1
2. Holding L1, Press Square, Triangle, Up, Down.
3. This code sets your stats at 10. duh?!?

Stats at 13

1. Pause the game and hold L1
2. Holding L1, Press X, Square, Square, Triangle, Up, Down.
3. This code makes your stats higher than the max.

NOTE

Cheats in THPS 2 have been laid out differently from the first game. There are 2 ways to unlock most cheats. A good number of these can be found in the options menu after you've unlocked them. Please read the following before attempting to access these codes.

Career Mode Method

The first way to unlock cheats is to beat the game in career mode. You will have to gain 100% on each level to do so. Each subsequent time you beat career mode w/ 100% and a different character, you'll unlock a new code.
The order you get the codes by doing it this way is pre-set. By this I mean that whoever you use in career mode first will unlock Officer Dick, then Skip to Restart and so forth...

Manual Method - Please Read!

The second method is the manual way. This is the same as the first game. Start a game and pause it. Then, hold down the L1 button. Hold this button down and enter the manual codes listed below. Here's a key for the letters used below...

U = Up
D = Down
L = Left
R = Right
T = Triangle
X = X
S = Square
C = Circle

Many times, these codes spell things out, some obvious, some witty. This makes them much easier to remember. I've made breaks in their listings to help you out with that. For instance, the Stats at 10 code is XTC STUD.

Finally, by entering these codes manually, they won't always work right away. Kid Mode will change your skater to a kid on the fly, but something that affects the whole level, like Wireframe Mode or Smooth Textures, will require you to exit and reenter the level.

Notes

Most of the codes listed are obvious. Perfect balance gives you, well, perfect balance. However, here are some notes on these codes, as they're not all that plain and simple! Also note that you do not get anything for finding all the BTT's in the two Bonus Levels.

Jetpack Mode

Quite easily one of the coolest codes ever. This will let you ollie into the air, hover, and move around. Hold the Triangle button to hover in place. Press X to use your jetpack, which will let you fly up to the roof! Finally, if you push forward, you can fly around. Awesome!

NeverSoft Skaters

This is the only code that is entered differently than the rest. Instead of pausing the game, you will enter this code in at the main menu. You still hold L1 while entering the code though.

Enable Private Carrera

She's back...this time, to unlock her, you must first get all the BTTs (see transfer page) in the checklist in the options menu. This does not include the 2 secret stages. You can enter in the Get All Gaps code though, which will enable her.

Moon Physics

Both Moon Physics and Double Moon Physics can be used together for absurd results. Have fun w/ this one!

Thin & Fat Skaters

This is cool. You can enter the code in again and again to keep changing your skater. You can get them fat enough where you can't really see the screen! This is different from the Weight Code, as that will just allow you to create bigger/thinner skaters in the Character Editor. This manual code will affect your character while you play the game.

Kid Mode

This is actually pretty cool. You will skate as a miniature version of the skater. There's an extra bonus here though. You can pull off any move on flat ground. Tony Hawk can perform a 900 on the ground. Kickflip to Indy? No problem. You will still bail normally if you land off a ramp sideways, or smash into a wall, but while skating on the ground, try anything!

Stats Modifiers

Your character normally maxes out when their stats hit 10. When you have a full special meter though, your stats go to 13. Want a more realistic skating experience? Lower your stats!

Wireframe Mode

This is fun, worth a try, but it's difficult to see, as everything in the game is in white wireframes and no textures. Worth a shot though...

Bonus Levels

As listed above, the 2 extra stages are unlocked through career mode. If you gain all golds with all the characters, you get the very tiny Chopper Drop stage. The real bonus is Skate Heaven, an awesome level giving tribute to many real life locations. You can only unlock this by beating the game at 100% w/ every character. Good luck!
