to get the mobile services and what costs are involved.

WHAT YOU GET:
Southern Star expects to send approximately
2-3 SMS Big Brother alerts per day and the maximum number of messages you
may receive will be 5 messages per day. COST: Telstra, Vodafone, Optus postpaid and Virgin customers will be charged a SMS rate of 25c (including GST) for each Big Brother 2003 SMS Alert received. Optus prepaid customers will be charged $5 (including GST) to receive 20 Big Brother 2003 SMS Alert messages. Telstra, Vodafone, Optus postpaid and Virgin customers will be charged standard carrier rates to send the word NEWS or STOP via SMS to subscribe or cancel the service. The cost of sending an SMS message is your responsibility and will vary dependent on the mobile network used. AVAILABLE FOR: customers who are connected to the Telstra, Vodafone, Optus and Virgin mobile digital networks and participating service providers with SMS compatible mobile digital phones. NOT AVAILABLE FOR: customers of Hutchison, Optus CDMA and Optus MobilSat. HOW TO SIGN UP: To subscribe to the Big Brother 2003 SMS Alerts service, you must send the word NEWS via SMS to 188 1040. Telstra, Vodafone, Optus postpaid and Virgin customers that subscribe to the Big Brother 2003 SMS Alerts service will receive SMS Alerts until such time that they cancel the service as set out below. To participate in the Big Brother 2003 SMS Alerts service Optus prepaid customers must agree to and accept an upfront SMS charge of $5.00 (including GST) to purchase 20 SMS alerts. Optus customers will continue to receive SMS alerts until such time that all 20 pre-purchased SMS alerts have been sent by the Promoter. HOW TO CANCEL: To cancel your subscription to the Big Brother 2003 SMS Alerts service, Telstra, Vodafone, Optus postpaid and Virgin customers must send the word STOP via SMS to 188 1040. Once this SMS message is received by the promoter, the registered user will cease to receive any further SMS messages relating to this service. |

ONLY AVAILABLE FOR: Optus Mobile Digital customers with compatible handsets activated for Optus MMS. HOW TO REQUEST A IMAGE: To request a Big Brother 2003 Background Picture you must send the code for the corresponding MMS Background Picture you would like to purchase via SMS to 188 1050. SMS codes for each MMS Background picture will be displayed on the Big Brother Website. |

ONLY AVAILABLE FOR: Optus Mobile Digital customers with compatible handsets activated for Optus MMS. HOW TO REQUEST A IMAGE: Simply text* the word LIVE, via SMS, to 188 1050 to view. It's available from 9am to 10pm daily. |
