"Bicycle, Bicycle, Bicycle, I want to ride my Bicycle,
I want to ride my bike.
I want to ride my bicycle, I want to ride it where I like." -- Queen

"Born for trouble, poised for action, Ready to spring at a moment's

Sweat! Help
me please I'm burning up, I got this fire in my heart, Won't let me sleep,
Can't

A double century recommended to me by a retired school teacher from beautiful Olympia Washington. Held every summer, rain or
shine. I've ridden the 206 mile, 2-day course 19 of the past 20 summers under every weather condition (except snow).
Now that I have the course memorized, I've signed on as a Safety Rider to get some practice and try to keep my EMT Certificate current too.
For 120 bucks, plus lodging & travel, STP is the best time you can have with 9,999 other cool folks.
The Giro d' Vino, a 100K ride in Lodi California. One of the great things about this ride, besides all the wineries you get to visit and the beautiful girls that ride it,
is that is runs the first day after Daylight Savings Time changes. So you get to sleep in an extra hour. It's the first Sunday in November every year, not extremely hilly
but rather flat. Beautiful scenery up into the foothills and back down to near Galt and the Sacramento Delta before returning to the Woodbridge Winery via a ride through
Lodi. A very nice ride.

The Green Man. Just some great guys
I met in Canada in 1996 and then met up with again for several more rides and two out of this world
canoe trips. First, down the Green River
in Utah and another down the
Missouri River in Montana.
