34 AMANDA WHITE, born 1835 in Indiana, 1856 married to Harve White to whom were born two sons and two daughters. Ida Agnes born 1857 married 1878 to Stephen L. Reasonor of Burwell, Neb. They have one son, Hugo E. born 1892. Martha K. born 1860 married Justin P. Edmons, a beet sugar manufacturer at Chino, California. They have a daughter Marie, born 1891. George Frantz Sigel White, born 1863 married 1886 to Anna Frederick who died 1897 leaving a son, Harve, born 1892 and a daughter, Ida, born 1890. Fred Alson White, born 1877 in Iowa. Harve White served three years during the Civil War after which they moved to Clarinda, Iowa then to Culbertson, Neb. and are now living at Chino, California.

34 SARAH CONINE, born 1839 in Indiana, 1860 married Dr. J. H. Conine who died at Dallas, Texas 1877. She married Chas. C. Leinderman, a banker and lumber dealer of Clarinda, Iowa. They have one daughter. No further report.

34 THOMAS KIRBY, born 1834 in Ind. 1869 married Anna E. Cassady by whom was born one son and one daughter. Edith E. Kirby was born in 1875; Edward C. Kirby was born in 1881. Thomas H. Kirby served as Lieutenant of Co. B 36a Ind. Infantry. He is engaged at present in the Lumber business at Muncie, Ind.

The Kirbys of New England Thomas Hickman7 Kirby (Thomas6, Zebulon5, Thomas4, John3), born Oct. 8, 1834, in Muncie, Ind.; married, Dec. 2, 1869. Anna C. Cassady, born June 30, 1842, in Middletown, O., daughter of William Cassady and Margaret E. Van Horne, both of Muncie, Ind. He was a Union soldier; volunteered, April, 1861, for three months, and was in the battle of Rich Mountain, W. Va., the first engagement of the Civil War; volunteered a second time for three years, in Company B, Thirty-sixth Indiana Volunteers; was made First Lieutenant of Company B, and served two years, when he resigned his commission on account of disability, and was honorably discharged. He is a lumber dealer, and lives in Muncie, Ind. Children, besides twins, who died at birth, May 27, 1872, are:

2 Edward Cassady Kirby, b. June 4, 1881, in Muncie, Ind.
