cup butter or margarine

ounces un-sweetened baking chocolate

cup granulated sugar

large egg

teaspoon vanilla extract

teaspoon salt

cups all purpose flour

cup chopped walnuts
powdered
sugar
Preheat
oven to 375*
In
a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Stir and set aside
to cool for 5 minutes.
Stir
in sugar, egg, vanilla and salt until blended. Stir in flour and nuts. Shape
mixture into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on un-greased baking sheets.
Bake
for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool
on wire racks. Roll in powdered sugar again.
Store
in an airtight container.
