Tuna Salad

 

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons minced green onion 

1½ teaspoons lemon juice

¼ teaspoon salt (optional)

dash pepper of (optional)

1 (6½-ounce) can tuna chunk white; drained and flaked

½ cup chopped celery

¼ cup cucumber chopped (optional)

 

In a medium bowl, stir mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice and, if desired, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in tuna and celery until well coated. If making ahead, cover and chill.

 

If using cucumber, stir in just before serving.
