Finely
crushed peppermint candies, finely chopped toasted nuts, finely chopped coconut,

To
make truffles:
Constantly stir chocolate chips and cream over very low heat until chips are

if mixture is sticky. Roll balls in desired coating. Place in small paper candy
cups or on wax paper. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
Refrigerate leftovers promptly.

beat in 2 tablespoons liqueur of your choice (coffee, peppermint, orange,
amaretto, etc.).
