Heat
oven to 350*
Grease
bottom only of loaf pan 8 ½ X 4 ½ X 2 ½ inches or 9 X 5 X 3 inches.
Mix
flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin spice, baking powder, cinnamon and
salt in medium bowl. Beat egg, pumpkin, butter, marmalade and liqueur in large
bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Gradually beat in flour
mixture on low speed. Spread in pan.
Bake
60 minutes to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan to wire rack.
Spread warm loaf with marmalade Glaze; cool completely. Store tightly wrapped in
refrigerator up to 1 week.
