Pumpkin Bread

cups flour

cups sugar

teaspoons baking soda

teaspoons ground cinnamon

teaspoon ground nutmeg

teaspoon baking powder

teaspoon salt

cups pumpkin (1-16 ounce can)

cup oil
Stir
together flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, salt and cloves in
a large mixing bowl. Lightly beat eggs. Beat in pumpkin and oil; add to flour
mixture, stirring just to combine. Spoon into 2 greased 8 –inch loaf pans.
Batter will be stiff.
Bake
at 350* for 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out
clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely and wrap.
