Macaroni
Salad

cup whipped cream
¼
cup mayonnaise
½
teaspoon Dijon style mustard
Salt
and pepper to taste

cup shell pasta (4 oz.), cooked, drained, and cooled
1
cup peas frozen, cooked and drained
½
cup sharp cheddar cheese finely diced
1/3
cup sweet pickle sliced
¼
cup onion chopped
2
tablespoons green bell pepper chopped
1
tablespoon pimiento minced
In
a medium sized bowl place cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Whisk until blended. Gently stir in macaroni, peas, cheese, pickles, onion,
green pepper, and pimiento until well coated. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
If
desired, sprinkle with paprika before serving.
