cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate
½
cup half and half
½
teaspoon vanilla extract
Additional
half-and-half
Melt
chocolate chips in ½ cup half-and-half over very low heat, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Thin with additional half-and-half if
desired. Serve warm over ice cream or pound cake. Refrigerate leftovers.
