Ham
and Broccoli Quiche

ready-made piecrust-(Pre-Bake for 3 to 5 minutes)
1½
cups cubed cooked ham
6
ounces (about 1½ cups Swiss cheese) or (use any shredded cheese desired)
1
cup broccoli florets,

large eggs
1
cup milk
½
teaspoon salt
½
teaspoon dry mustard
½
teaspoon pepper
Heat
oven to 375*
Prepare
piecrust. Layer, ham, cheese and broccoli in prepared crust-lined pan.
In medium bowl, combine all remaining
filling ingredients. Beat well. Pour over broccoli. Bake for 35 or 45 minutes or
until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before
serving.
