Cole Slaw

 

6 cups shredded cabbage

1 cup shredded carrot

¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped (or red bell pepper)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1 teaspoon celery seed

½ teaspoon salt

 

Combine cabbage, carrot and pepper and chill well, covered. Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and celery seed, adding 1/2 teaspoon salt. Gently toss vegetables with mayonnaise mix.
