cups shredded cabbage

cup shredded carrot

cup green bell pepper, chopped (or red bell pepper)

cup mayonnaise

tablespoon granulated sugar

tablespoons cider vinegar

teaspoon prepared mustard

teaspoon celery seed

teaspoon salt
Combine
cabbage, carrot and pepper and chill well, covered. Blend together mayonnaise,
sugar, vinegar, mustard, and celery seed, adding 1/2 teaspoon salt. Gently toss
vegetables with mayonnaise mix.
