Cheesecake

cup granulated sugar

large eggs

tablespoons Corn Starch
2
graham Crusts

(8-ounce) Cream Cheese packages
1
cup Sour Cream
1
teaspoon vanilla
Pie-filling
or fresh fruit
Beat
cream cheese and sugar till smooth and light. Beat in eggs, vanilla and
cornstarch, until blended. Stir in sour cream. Pour into crusts.
Bake
10 minutes at 450* Turn oven temperature to 200* for an additional 45 minutes.
Cool about 3 hours. Place in refrigerator to chill.
Serve
chilled, top as desired with pie filling: Cherry, Blueberry, and Strawberry etc.
