Butter Cream Frosting 2

 

4 cups powdered sugar

¼ cup milk

½ cup Butter or margarine, softened

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Food coloring if desired

 

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, add vanilla mix well, combine powdered sugar and milk, beat at low speed until blended (about 1 minute). Increase speed to medium; continue beating scraping sides, about 2 to 3 minutes, or until light and fluffy.
