Baked Cheesecake

 

Crust 

1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs*

¼ cup granulated sugar

1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted

 

Pie

2 (8 ounce) packaged cream cheese, softened

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

3 large eggs

¼ cup lemon juice concentrate

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 (21 ounce) can pie filling (any flavor) 

 

Preheat oven to 300* 

 

Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press on bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan. *(1-9 inch prepared graham crust may be substituted)

 

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, until smooth.  Add eggs and lemon juice mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

 

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set; top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Chill. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate any leftovers.
