Free Men are those that run Gor, for it is a Mans world. To many upon Gor would rather bitch
and moan then settle things as they should be done, for Warriors, that is with steel. Your codes
are Your life, Your life is Your sword, for by it You live or die. Warriors are the one's that live and
die for their homestones as well. Their swords are pledged to the defence of the city. As with
being one of the five high castes, those of the Warriors are often dreamed about by Others,
many wish to be Warriors but not everyone has the needed skill, such is for the citys council
to decide. Other castes, if promise is shown as well as the desire to become a Warrior then a
changing of caste may occur, yet with this You become of the Warriors caste and not of multi
castes.
Outlaws
Being near the Northern Forests, Besnit is used to seeing Outlaws of it's own city and of Other
citys and camps as well. Outlaws are welcome to come and join Besnit if it is their wish though
they rarely will hold a position in Besnit unless proven though their loyalty to the home.
In most homes Outlaws would be killed upon sight in the citys, they kept to the houses of
peasents when in need of something, things outside of the direct city walls, for while the
Outlaws were wanted in the citys, outside they provided the peasents much gold in trade
for food or a nights sleep.
Other Castes
There are alot of cases to mention, and all are welcome to Besnit to live or to visit, though
those of the healers caste need not weapons because they are protected by their caste.
Scribes are always welcome, for what would a home be without those that teach and keep
track of the information that we gain over the years? Players are respected here as well, many
love to play the game and often would enjoy the chance to test their skills at Kaissa against
a professional.
Free Women
Outlaws
There is no such thing as a Woman of the Warriors caste, there are however many Outlaw
Women, commonly and most generaly known as Panthers though not all Female Outlaws
were panthers, a few still stayed among Men as Outlaws, even less were respected as such.
The life of the Female Outlaw is harder then that of the Male Warrior, for the simple reason
being that Warriors are trained to fight, Outlaws have to teach themselves and generally
are not nearly as skilled as the Warriors and will fall quickly against Them.
Other Castes
It's almost the same as with the Men with the exception that Women, to My personal knowledge
and I will check on this never played Kaissa.
Slaves
Slaves are those that have found themselves under the power or swords of Men, be it male or
female slaves. Some know themselves to be slaves and submit to One, though rarely is a slave
and a Master truely met in love. Slaves are often passed from One Master to another and so
on, slave should serve all that own them with the same passion and fire, for it is He or She
that owns you completly, as a slave you have nothing and are expected to give everything.
Remember that it is He or She that controls your life and your death in most cases, do not
bitch and moan because One treats you roughly, each Master or Mistress is diffrent, some
will whip a slave for no other reason then to remind them they are slave and He or She is
your Owner.
