Jim the holidays are drawing near
The trees are changing their color.
Oh how my heart just aches for you,
You was special like no other.
Jim, I know you are happy now Spending Christmas in Heaven this year.
How you longed for Heaven's sweet rest, To be with Jesus in your home of the blest.
You're happy you entered the safe harbor Enjoying the splendor of God's love,
I can only imagine that City so fair, Spending Christmas with Jesus this year.
This Christmas you will sup with Jesus At the table He has spread for you,
Sharing with loved ones and the Saints, Holy, Holy, How I long to be with you.
In Heaven a mansion is waiting for me With many pretty colors glowing so bright.
If only I could have one wish of cheer, I'd spend Christmas with you again this year.
Jim I know you'll enjoy your supper this year Sitting at the table with loved ones and friends,
Hearing Jesus whisper, "Come and Dine," "Children you can feast with Me all the time."
Jim Oh how I will miss you this Christmas As I reminisce back over the years,
When I look into your happy face, My heart is filled with sorrow and tears.
I see you at the table with Jesus and family Telling them how happy you are to be home ,
Sharing you dont regret a mile you walked for God, You won the race, now you see His lovely face.
One day dear, I will sit with you again I'll meet you on God's Celestial shore,
We'll sit around God's table and share I know in Heaven there are no tears.
But until then, I have to be strong I don't know how to go on without you,
Our family misses you Oh so much, Just know we love you, do stay in touch.
