32. Joseph II CHARRON-Ch. 2-2

Joseph Charron was born 24 Nov 1708 and baptised the 25th in Longeuil,Chambly,Que. Can.

He married Marie Anne Reguindeau on 16 Nov 1739 in Boucherville. The marriage document states "16 Nov 1739 after the publication of three banns for Joseph Charron, son of Nicolas Charron and Marie Viau, the father and mother of the parish of St. Antoine de Pade Bonuit of Longeuil on one part and Marie Anne Reguindeau, daughter of Louis Reguindeau and Marie Charbonneau of this parish on the other part--". (More is given, but fluency in French required)

He died between 1781 and 1786, at Longueuil, Quebec, Can.


33. Marie-Anne REGUINDEAU-Ch. 2-3

Marie Anne Requindeau was born in 1714. She died 3 May 1789 at age 75 in
Boucherville, Que. Can. On 16 Nov 1739 in Boucherville, she married Joseph
Charron II. Her parents were Louis Reguindeau and Marie Charbonneau of the
parish of St. Antoine de Pade Bonuit of Longueil


34. Louis II LAMOUREUX-Ch 3-2

Louis Lamoureux was born in 1736 in Longueuil. Parents: Joseph & Marie-Madeleine Patenotre.
He married Genevieve Vincelet on 22 Jan 1759 in Boucherville. Children: ( See Family View for Louis & Genevieve.)

He 2m. married Marie Anne Gauthier on 27 May 1782.

He died 8 Jan 1801 in Boucherville.

The wedding document states that on 22 Jan 1759 after the publication of
three banns Louis Lamoureau married Genevieve Vincelet, widow of Louis Robert.
Louis Robert died a young man in his early thirties in 1758, leaving Genevieve
with children to raise on her own. It was interesting to note that Genevieve's
sister, Mary Anne and Louis's brother, Joseph, married the same day in the
same parish as well, though it appears that several hours separated each event
as there were the recordings of other documents between these two events.


35. Genevieve VINCELET-Ch 3-3

Genevieve Vincelet was born 13 Mar 1727 in Boucherville. She died 9 Jun 1779
in Boucherville. Parish of St. Famille. Parents Nicolas Vincelet and Genevieve
Gareau. Baptised at St. Famille, 14 Mar 1727, godparents Joseph Laporte and
Magdeleine Lamoureaux. Witness: Paul Brunet.
On 22 Jan 1759, Genevieve married Louis Lamoureux in Boucherville.
There is some controversy pertaining to Genevieve's baptismal record.

36. Joseph I TRUTEAU-Ch. 4-2

Joseph Trudeau was born 1 Sep 1731 in Montreal. The document states The
First of September 1731 was baptized Joseph born this same day at seven in the
morning, son of Pierre Truteau and Angelique Aubuchon his wife. The godfather
and godmother were Mssr. Joseph Aubuchon, grandfather, and Marie Charlotte
Menard, wife of Pierre Trutteau, grandmother of the infant. The godfather
signed, but the godmother declined. The father was present and he also
declined to sign.
He married 26 Feb 1759 in Hochelaga, Longue Pointe to Marie Anne Trudel.
The wedding document states 26 February 1759 after the publication of two
banns, and given the assurances by the grandmother who is a parishioner of
this parish and after the dispensation of one bann granted by Mssr. Montpelier,
grand vicaire of this diocese between Joseph Truteau, son of Pierre Truteau
and Marie Angelique Aubuchon, the father and mother of the parish on one part,
and Marie Anne Trudel, daughter of Antoine Trudel and Marguerite Picard, the
father and mother of the parish on the other part, and having found no
impeachment or opposition was married
consent for the marriage between the parties. The nuptial blessing was given
in the presence of Antoine Trudel, father of the bride, Pierre Truteau, father
of the groom, Toussaint Trudel and Joseph LaFleur, who have declined to sign.
This Joseph is the father of Francois Trudeau, the grandfather of Marie
Trudeau. He is also the father of Joseph Trudeau II the grandfather of
Julienne Trudeau.


37. Marie-Anne Amable TRUDELLE-Ch.4-3

Marie Anne Amable Trudel was born 23 Aug 1733 in Longue-Pointe. Her baptism
23 Aug 1733 was baptized Marie Anne Amable born 9:00 a.m., the daughter of
Antoine Trudel and Marguerite Picard, his wife. The godparents were Jean
Baptiste Juillet, the son of M. Charlotte DeLoriers dite Caveliers. The
father was present and with the rest declined to sign.
She died at St. Francis of Assisi - check for death notation.
