561. Route 261 is from Walnut Avenue in the City of Irvine to Route 241.

Under construction. The route should open up in early 1999. This route
will be a toll road.
Route 261 will be a tollway. To the clueless who still don't know,
a tollway is just like a freeway, only that you have to pay toll to use it.
The maximum toll on Route 261 (and only Route 261) for a two-axle vehicle
will be $1.00. The respective toll from Walnut Avenue to Route 91 (there
will be no interchange with Route 5) will be $3.25. Route 261 is part of
