518. Route 218 is from Route 1 to Route 68 via Canyon del Rey.
According to this map I have, the route is scenic. However, the Code doesn't give mention of
the route in the Scenic Route List (Codes 263 to 263.8). Formally, it's not a scenic route.
This is more like the loop route for Route 68. It starts in Seaside at Route 1 and heads towards
Monterey Peninsula Airport.
