California's Route 213

Route 213 is from 25th Street in San Pedro to Route 405 via Western Avenue.

The commission may allocate from the State Highway Fund the necessary funds for the construction of all or any portion of said route when the County of Los Angeles and the Cities of Los Angeles and Torrance have entered into a co-operative agreement with the department wherein said cities and county shall furnish th the State of California withouth charge all right-of-way necessary and agree to pay one-half the cost of plans and construction. Unconstructed from Carson Street to Route 405.

    Notes

    Route 213 runs entirely on Western Avenue. It skims Lomita and Wilmington. The route passes by a major naval reservation and begins near housing for navy officers.
