California's Route 123


423.  Route 123 is from Route 580 at San Pablo Avenue in Oakland to
Route 80 in Richmond at Cutting Boulevard.

Points of Interest
      At University Avenue, you'll see downtown Berkeley.  If you continue eastward on University Avenue, you'll find the world-famous, liberal-ridden UC Berkeley.  Continuing on San Pablo Avenue is El Cerrito, with two BART stations accessible from the route on Manila Street and Cutting Blvd.

Notes
      This route runs entirely on San Pablo Avenue.  Before 1964, this
route was designated as U.S. Business Route 40.
