Sticky rice with Mango (Kao Niew Ma-Maung)



INGREDIENTS (for 8-10 people):
3 cups sticky rice
2 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp.salt
4. ripe magoes, peeled and sliced



Method:

1. Soak sticky rice in cold water for three hours.
Drain. Sttream for 30 miuutes.
2. Mix coconut milk, sugar and salt.
Bring to boil for 4 minutes. Pour in a bowl.
Mix the stickey rice with the coconut

milk, and stir quickly.
Set aside for 15 minutes.
3.Serve th stickky rice with sliced mango.
