MDT Monitor is a Windows program that allows you to monitor MDT traffic on systems that use Motorola's MDC-4800 protocol. To use this program you'll need a scanner with a discriminator output, a Windows PC (running Win95, Win98, WinNT 4.0, or Windows 2000), and either a sound card, a HamComm-type data slicer, or an RM100 decoder.

Note: Decoding MDT transmissions may be illegal in some countries, you may want to check the laws for your country before using this program.
