Lighters beat depleted Stingers

The
Stingers were missing two of their top
scoring threats last night and the Lamp
Lighters took advantage with hat tricks
by Joe "viva la resistance"
Balan and Daneil "Boom Boom"
Hesselson.
Andy
"throw your" Han "s in the
air, and party hardy like you just don't
care" added a goal as well. Paul
"my third" Cousineau "threw
marriage on my father side", Bob
"it was Paul who got a penalty for"
Spiro, Jim "Do no Harm" Loucks,
and Andy "on your side" Harris
all added assists for the "Come on
Baby" Lamp Lighters" my fire...

Kris
"Knights in" White 'Satin"
and Mark "woody" Allen had the
goals for the Stingers.
The
Lamp Lighters went up 4-0 in the first,
but before it ended, the Stingers would
add two quick goals to make it a close
contest after one.
Craig
Nash "Bridges" would step up
and shut down the Stingers for the rest
of the game to help the Lamp Lighters to
a league leading 13 points in 7 games.
After
the game, Coach Balan was interviewed by
the Belmont press. "The Stingers are
a dynamic team, they have been through
many off-season changes and with the
promotion of Dave "sly and"
Cunningham they have really developed
into a finesse team. I have all the
respect for that front office. With the
league expansion, they have still been
able to field a competitive team. I would
look for these guys being a tough playoff
team."
