YOUNGBLOODS
JUMP INTO A TIE FOR FIRST

The
Youngbloods continued their solid play
and were able to edge out the UCHP by a
score of 5-3. After a scoreless first
period highlighted by a solid goaltending
by Eric Penzel and Johnny Blaze, the
Youngbloods struck with 3 unanswered
goals in the second.
The
last period was hard fought and the
Youngbloods were out shot 23-12, but were
able to hold on to the lead with 2 more
third period goals. The UCHP added three
third period goals to make this a 5-3
contest.
