Love
Love is the ocean, the lover the beach,
And the two seperate marvels are one
They alternate turns in the length of their reach
As they have since their time has begun.
The give and the take are an even exchange
Waves only pull what is released
And the sand only takes what the sea leaves behind
And a fine line is jagged and creased.
The motions for more of eachother go on
For without one they could not exist
When they are weary they struggle along
To be unified-they must insist
That a heatwave or storm will not ruin the two,
For the wreckage of two destroys one
They must cling to eachother like child does to mother
And assess any damage been done.
The love and the lover must work for their peace
As the ocean and beach have reflected
In order for lover and love to be FREE...
They must somehow be INTERCONNECTED!!
