Give Thanks!
As kneel down before my bed
With a praying notion in my head
I ask the Lord to guide me through
The many thins that I will do
I ask of Him to be my light
To help me make the wrong things right
The support that Jesus gives to me
I just cannot accept for free
I know that I learn more each day
And I must try to live His way
But as I sit in solitude
In each prayer, I must include
My thanks for all he's blessed me with
We all received his blessed gifts
So next time as you fold your hands
Please make sure Jesus understands
That all the blessings you receive,
They are the reasons you believe
Tell Jesus you appreciate
The gifts he gives us small and great
Don't let the lord fill in your blanks
In every prayer please give your thanks!
