DRUGS

DO

- Know as much as possible about drugs and the risks involved if you are going to take them.

- Wear both cool clothes (for dancing, over-heating can be serious if you've taken 'E') and warm clothes (for queueing and going home).

- Drink about a pint of water an hour when dancing non-stop.

- Tell your friends what you've taken. If there is a problem they'll know what's caused it.

- Be careful if you've taking prescription drugs.

DO NOT

- DON'T buy from strangers or in the half-light. Drugs are not quality controlled and don't come with a guarantee.

- DON'T drive after taking drugs. You may pass a breath test but are much more likely to have an accident.

-DON'T forget, the lighter you are in body weight, the more powerful the drugs effect will be.

- DON'T take drugs if you feel depressed or anxious. The chances are you'll end up feeling much worse.
