Summary

Belangtara Team which consist of 15 students and 4 lecturers is the first team

from a local institution to participate in tractor design competition held in USA. This competition is o

rganized annually by American Society of Agricultural Engineers (ASAE), a prestigious organization

 in agricultural and biological field in the world. Malaysia'sprime minister, Dr.Mahathir Mohamad gives us

moral support in this competition. Besides that, Belangtara team managed to find USD 42,000 from fund raising

for this student project.
