Almost 3 now months now on the Teleperformance-Sprint production floor I am now aware that the call center is no easy business. So far in the course of my tenure I have messed out so many customer accounts; had the team's worst average handling time, aux time and transfer rates; very very bad qa scores although in terms of issue resolution, product knowledge and customer satisfaction I am weigh ahead of my team-mates. But I guess it's all part of the job. What matters most is to learn from the mistakes. All I can say is I am having the time of my life with this new found career. Ther's a lot of growth in here. There's an old saying that goes "the road to success is always under renovation" and I truly beleive in that.

Alas I'm no longer in the Acadene. I'm now an official casual employee striving hard into this call center thingie. I hope this career move is for the best. I miss my former coleagues and students though. God bless you all.

[September 19, 2003 9:00 PM PST] One of the mysteries of life is having a webpage posted on the net and findin the time to maintain and update it. Most specially if ur a professional like me who's got a "wonderful" career (or so they say) that eats up all of you, even your social life. Man I'm beginning to hate this crappy routine already. I've ot a carreer of a life time but my social life sucks. But I aint just givin' up yet. No not me. Just wait and see. I'll try to fix this as often as I can.

[August 30, 2002 12:00 AM PST] Wow, it's already 12 in the morning and still here I am fixing this crap which I concieved 2 years ago. Yes, two years had past and many revisions have been done to this web page. I can still remember the first time I started this pet project. I was so exited back then. Now here I am agin on an attempt to make this site more interesting than ever. Lots of hardwork, dedication, pain, tears and blood (yes, blood) have been spent and shed just to make all of these a reality.

This was designed as an activity while teaching myself how to make an HTML file.
