Minimum stay required - a nightly
Smoking is allowed in limited areas (No smoking in guest rooms or main floor common area.)
We cannot accommodate guest pets

We ask that you not bring non-guests back to the B&B
Consumption of alcohol is not permitted.
Deposit amount is not required (We require a valid credit card to confirm reservations, payment of your bill must be in cash (US$/Euros/Pounds or local currency - the Real R$, at published US$ parallel sell rate on date of payment).
Check in time is 3 PM and Check out time is 12 noon
Cancellations:
We have a 14 day change/cancellation policy except for peak season (Christmas thru New Years Dec 18/12-Jan 03/10, Carnival, Fev 12/10 - Feb 21/10 - at which times we only accept changes/cancellations made in writing 60 days or more before the date of your confirmed arrival), or the nights you have reserved will be charged in full. Once passed the permitted cancellation/change period and/or in the case of NO-SHOW, your card will be charged. Discounts available:
10% 7 night discount Minimum stay: 7 days
15% Bi-weekly rate Minimum stay: 14 days
20% Monthly rate Minimum stay: 30 days
