| TWISTS very yummy, easy and good for parties There are two different versions of twists, depending on whether you can be bothered making pizza dough or not. In one version, you use pizza dough (made in breadmaker, or by hand), and if this is not available you can use puff pastry. The asseembly procedure for them is the same though. Flatten dough/pastry on bench into big rectangle Cover with any variation of sweetchillisauce, rosemary, mozarella(or parmesan)cheese, garlic Fold rectangle in half. Cut into strips, twist them as desired, and put them on a greased baking tray. You may wish to exposed pastry/dough with milk or egg to brown Cook in hot oven about 200 degrees Celcius. If pastry, cook about 2 minutes on each side, if dough cook about 10 minutes (or until golden and crispy). serve warm, sour cream makes a nice dipping sauce (particularly if you use sweet chilli) |
