If you didn't know, 14230 KHz is currently the most popular frequency for Slow-scan Television.
This is the page where I put some of the images I received. Nearly all of them were heard on this frequency.
As of now (2025.5) I'm using the RTL SDR Blog v4 with a V-diple antenna w/ both elements extended to about 50cm (I currently live in an apartment room in Dublin, Ireland and I'm severly restricted in antenna placement choices.)
