Storyline (CONTAINS SPOILERS)

Below is a summary of the storyline I have seen.  This section does contain some spoilers.  If you haven't seen the series yet & don't want to be spoiled, skip this section.  If you want to know the story & want to see how I viewed it, read on.

There is no story line in this series.  It's just a bunch of short anime clips thrown in for laughing purposes.  There are some mini series that appeared in the first season coming back here.

My Personal Review

Masuda Kosuke Gekijo - Gyagu Manga Biyori 2 has no plot.  It's mainly designed to have you sit back & enjoy the show.

Animation

The character designs varies a lot.  It's as if each episodes are drawn by different artists.  However, they are drawn more like manga designs than anime.  Also, they don't look very appealling.

The colours are very dull & flat.  It's not bold & doesn't stand out much.

The backgrounds are very simple.  They are hardly any details in it.  It's drawn just enough to have you know what they are.

The animation movements are sloppy as the movements of the characters are pretty choppy. Think of the animation as those low quality children drawn animation.  That's what it's like.  Even when the characters are in static positions, the drawing lines are moving around.

Sound

There are a lot of strange sound effects here.  None of them are realistic.  They are there to make the show silly.

The seiyuus vary a lot.  They have perform well with the characters they are role playing as.

Hardly any music here.  It's like a bunch of sounds put together really.  When there is, it's mainly played to fit the theme of the episodes.  So, you can expect different genres of music.  However, some of it recycles for other episodes.

Story

Technically none at all in terms of a main show plot.  It's just a bunch of short manga style stories thrown in.  They are a few that have two parts to them.  My assumption is that four minutes of animation isn't enough to tell these stories well.  They are very silly & make very little sense.  Also, there are some use of Japanese puns for the jokes.  So, you may not get the jokes at times.  Sometimes, they are quite bizarre & strange.

Overall Conclusion

Masuda Kosuke Gekijo - Gyagu Manga Biyori 2 is something not to take serious of.  They are made for pure amusement.  Because they are short, I would suggest watching them if you have free time.  I won't recommend them because they are very strange.  The show isn't clean as they are some bare asses involved, so it's not suitable for a younger audience

So far, Masuda Kosuke Gekijo - Gyagu Manga Biyori 2 gets a six out of ten.  The show is weird, but not too tasteless.  It's basically a bunch of shorts thrown together to make you laugh.  Sometimes they are very funny & sometimes there aren't either because of the Japanese puns or they are just too weird.
