Final Approach Final Fandisc

The Final Approach Final Fandisc is a fandisc based on the PS2 game, Final Approach, by PrincessSoft.  This disc was issued out during the Comikat in Winter 68, also known as C68.  It's packaged with 2 CDs.

The Fandisc contains a nice assortment of goodies.  It has character voice packs, screensavers, wallpapers, music, CG gallery, character info profiles, & games.  The games included are mahjong & a mini adventure game called Final Approach ~Spring Holidays~.  The game doesn't seem to work with the Oh! Text Hooker program.  I'm thinking the texts are actually graphics. 

To get the goodies, you need to install the program.  You can't get them directly from the 2 discs unless you are willing to uncompress the data files & dig them out manually.  The games will be a hassle to dig out.  Once you install the program, it will automatically give you the goodies based on the selection you choose.  Some of them requires to be unlocked from one of the mini games.  Which one is unknown to me.  You can get the files manually from the folders after you install program, but some of the files won't be there.  The program requires DirectX to run, which is included in the disc.

I've put up some of the wallpapers from the disc as samples.  I also included a screensaver & a voice pack of Yurika for you to customize your computer's sounds.  I won't upload anything else from the discs for several reasons.  If you like what you see & read about the CDs, you're on your own finding it.

Wallpapers

All thumbnail images are 1024X768 & will lead to the full size image when clicked on.  They were originally in 24-bit bmp format, but I re-saved them as jpg files to shrink the file size a lot.

Screensaver

To install the screensaver, just double click on the icon or right click it & choose "Install" from the drop menu.

Final Approach Screensaver 3 - I'm not too sure what it does, but it has Mutsu Emiho in a wedding dress at the start.

Miscellaneous

Final Approach Yurika Voice Pack - Contains the character voice of Yurika.  All test are in Japanese in the txt file.
