This book is part of Newtype's Newtype 100% Collection artbook series.  The book focuses on the Playstation One game Parasite EVE.  Not only does it act as an artbook that shows CGs & illustration artwork by Tetsuya Nomura, it acts as an information book.  It shows rough sketches of the maps, characters, & monsters.  It also shows you how some of the characters were created step by step in 3DCGs.  The book breaks down into the game scenarios for each section.  The book also contains interviews with Nomura & some of the staff from "back then" SquareSoft in Japan & USA.  Plus, it covers some of the merchandise goods that were released during the time the book was published.  The first part of the book, the pages are in gloss-like paper for the illustrations.  The other part is in rough paper, which takes up most of the book.  The book does contain some partial nudity which is all from Eve when she's in her mutated forms.

If you are a fan of Parasite Eve (not PE2), this is a great book to own.  Not only you get illustrations, you also get information about the game even though it's all in Japanese.  Finding this book will be hard though since it's very old & out of print for a long time.  I pay quite a lot for this & it wasn't brand new.
