I used Microsoft Project to implement system development life cycle (SDLC) processes to help improve a non-profit organizations child computer lab. This helped keep my team on schedule with identifying the need for the new system, the requirements analysis, the architectural design, and then the technology proposal which also explained the coding, debugging and system testing that will be required. |
