| December 26th, 2002 If you are reading this, a lucky man you are indeed. I have finished the Ultimate Tutorial for you people who are curious about the awesome features of the program. I have included several such as: - Creating Exploding Barrels - Making Sound/Images for footsteps - Slicing Blades that kill you if you touch them - How to Talk to NPC's - A money system and how to spend/sell - How to have a split screen for multiple players - Making passcodes/passwords for areas in a game - Creating panels, text, and buttons in the game! - Creating a basic shooting game. Keep in mind all of these are in programming format. This is no problem if you are not a programmer since I give you the code already, so all you have to do is either copy/paste, or retype it! You also must supply your own images for some of these tutorials, but most of them will be created from the programming script. See? Maybe some of you now might actually think that these newsletters are worthwhile! IF YOU WANT THIS ULTIMATE TUTORIAL, EMAIL ME AT [email protected] SAYING YOU WANT THE TUTORIAL, I WILL GIVE YOU A DOWNLOAD THEN.... |

| January 1st, 2003 I have added some pair tutorials. I also have an added email address: [email protected]. I still recommend using my usual one though. Programmers: Give me a time for your lesson on the basics. These lessons may take up to six days. Designers: A lesson is being planned as we speak. Stay tuned. Storyliners: I'm thinking of setting up a meeting soon. |
