| The adventure begins: you, the lone Tard Warrior, wake up on an island that was once your home, Tardville. But now the streets are overrun by violence. Something has happened to disturb the peace of this tranquil hamlet, and it is up to YOU to save the day! Download Battletards! Important download notes: You must download the Battletards music as five separate sit files: Place these MP3s in the same folder as Battletards. If you do not download the music, not only will you miss out on all the great tunes, but you'll get a weird warning when Battletards starts up. (Just click "cancel" and then go to "options" and turn off the music.) Note: I've tested Battletards on modern Macs, and the music doesn't load correctly. If this is the case for you, I'd recommend just going to "Options" and turning off the music entirely. Then you can just play the mp3s at your own discretion while playing the game.

| To run Battletards, you will need an Apple computer and Hypercard! I think apple might have a free version of Hypercard Player at their site, but I haven't tested Battletards with Hypercard player, so it might be kinda funky. Just a warning! |
