4. About your new release "Troops of Unfeigned Might" 7"EP, are you satisfied with the final result (production and mix)?
Yes, it was our intention to give the underground an �underground� recording. These songs were recorded in an abandoned butcher house on a fucking 4-track and no fancy shit; the content is what matters. The songs were recorded live prior to the departure of 2 of our members (commitments to other bands and touring).  It was supposed to be released in 1999 by Majestic Union Records in Germany but ended up being picked up and released by HORROR RECORDS later in 2000. 5. There's some quite interesting cover art in this 7"EP. Can you tell me more about it? This is typical battle scene with symbolism and esoteric imagery. Our music tries to capture the feelings of combat, very much like the artwork does. Totalitarian fury and order. No flowers or gay shit on our covers. 6. How are the divulgation and reception of "Troops of Unfeigned Might" 7"EP? According to Azter of HORROR RECORDS, this has been his best selling EP ever. Not promotional copies were sent, nevertheless, a review or two of it appear here and there. In reality, this 7�ep served to bridge the gap between CD releases. This is only the smell of mustard gas, the true negative side effects of it are on their way. We�re always looking to be a part of compilation CD�s and vinyl editions. We�ve also managed to capture audiences not familiar with metal because of our ideology and utter stubbornness. Deadly alliances have been made, I assure you.

7. What elements are going to be different for this release as compared to the older material?
We are not a band that changes its style or concept to capture a larger audience; if anything, we�ve secluded and isolated our audience by becoming more and more arrogant with each release. All the soldiers of prejudice can expect the same kind of intolerance and religious defamation they�ve grown accustomed to. Our latest compositions are sure to be catalysts for transpolar battle.  Never have we released something that we�ve become ashamed of. Our debut CD contained songs from all four of our demos ranging back to 1990! Our 2nd CD will also include some old track like �Cathari� or �Mob of the Howling�. I fucking hate bands that change their style and try to bury their earlier releases because they�ve �progressed� all of the sudden. Fuck bands that betrayed the underground like SAMAEL, TIAMAT, and MOONSPELL (to name only a few!!!).

8. What's the lyrical concept around each song in this 7"EP?
�Troops of Unfeigned Might� deals mainly with the castigation of indigenous folk by their European conquerors; mainly Conquistadors. �Jaws of the Furnace� is a pseudonym for a gas chamber, of which the song inconspicuously deals with. 

9. In my opinion Arghoslent is one of the most original bands around. What inspires you musically and lyrically?
The filth that surrounds us, the lack of imagination in the scene, and the degenerative trends that encircle the pitiful slaves of religion inspire us. History, eugenics, and social Darwinism trigger our creative prowess. Extracting noble aesthetics from the past and embracing them as we confront the future is that this band tries to express in its lyrics.  ARGHOSLENT has struggled to alienate itself from the hordes of samaritan sheep, forging our own brand of militant and radikal death metal. We have our own sound and distinct style, yet harbor within the limits of death metal. Negative reviews of our band come mainly from our lyrical content, asshole attitudes, and complete mockery of the scene; not from poorly played music. However, it is bitterly difficult for the leftist pigs to differentiate this matter of fact, hence plaguing the band with uncouth criticism. 

10. What's your thoughts about capitalism in black/death metal scene?
All underground synagogues must be eliminated. Labels are responsible for breeding and encouraging clones, posers, and rock-star attitudes. I hold labels primarily at fault for the degeneration of character and talent in the underground.  Some labels have more culpability than others, but I am not here to expose the obvious. All I�m saying is that if you took up metal (and its profitable endeavors) to avoid the hardships of working for a living, you�re a fucking pile of dollar-green shit. Decapitate yourself and return to fucking Tel Aviv!

11. I'll tell you words/names and you'll give me your thoughts about it... ok?
Friedriech Nietzsche - �The Antichrist� perhaps one of the most virulent attacks on the religion of the weak. Highly admired works for sure. 
Roman Empire - A source of admiration and motivation for ARGHOSLENT�s lyrical concepts and ideology. 
Unabomber - perfect example of how to be a successful terrorist, regardless of who inspired him to do so. Although I despise communism, some communist and socialist revolutionaries have won my admiration due to their violent methodology and dedication to their beliefs, for example. 
Vietnan War - too complicated and lengthy to explain here. 
the effects of nuclear weapons - terror and more terror, the tools of the world�s purification. 
Charles Darwin - forefather of scientific triumph over religious inaccuracies and defects. 
world actual politic,economic and social situation - depressing, corrupt, greedy, biased, superficial. I hope for the stock markets to crash everyday!!!!

12. Is there any particular message the band is trying to get across?
Total negativity, misanthropy, and divine extermination. Death metal means DEATH, destruction, nuclear terrorism, depravation of human rights, violence, slavery, biological warfare, genocide, arson� Our music deals with paramilitary adoration, religious abnegation, androcentric colonization. When we are playing a song we feel the rush of adrenalin, we hear horses charging, we smell the poisonous gases, we see the dead slain and buried beneath ripped armor. Our music captures these feelings, of sorrow, of victory, of treachery, and of defeat. Our message is that of a �TRUE� death metal spirit; extreme, aggressive, and anti-Christian. 

13. How do you spend your spare time? Hobbies, interests? Play and watch soccer pathologically, read about soccer violence/hooligans, and read history books. I used to have a label �SINISTRARI RECORDS� but I closed it down in 1998 due to the childish underground scene and lack of killer bands. I only managed to release one CD by doom metal goods WHILE HEAVEN WEPT, plus a slew of demos and a split 7�ep by CRUCIFIER/NUNSLAUGHTER. I still have some merchandise available, write for details. 14. What are the new bands that you can refer as a "promise" for extreme metal scene? Ultimatum (Fra), Pantheon (USA), Thunderbolt, Hearse (PA), The Forgotten (NY), Open Grave (NJ) are some that have caught my attention in recent months.

15. What three books and movies would you consider essential?
Books: AMONG THE THUGS (Bill Bufford), THE TURNER DIARIES (William Pierce), THE SLAVE TRADE (Hugh Thomas). Movies I don�t watch much, I despise giving money to the synagogues that control the world�s agenda setting, but I did particularly enjoy ROMPER STOMPER, 1492 THE CONQUEST OF PARADISE, THE MOSQUITO COAST.

16. What merchandise do you have available?
All our demos are available for trades with any kind of band and/or distribution. The remaining copies (less than 100 from 666) of our 7�ep are available only through HORROR RECORDS in Denmark. We will have �FLOGGING THE CARGO� t-shirts (depicting a slave being whipped) in March of 2001, all interested send $16 (world) to our address.  This is not for humanitarian pacifists. If you�re easily offended, stay away from this band. Fuck off!

17. Plans to the future? What is the plan with the new album "Incorrigible Bigotry"?
We plan on entering Gehenna to record our next CD during the summer months of 2001. Our new arsenal of songs include: �Flogging The Cargo�, �Hereditary Taint�, �The Purging Fires of War�, �Archaic Invincibility�, �The Impious Savant�, �Quelling The Simian Surge�.
